Solyanka assorted

Description: Spicy, sour and olive-flavored soup made with meat broth, lemon and smoked meats.
Ingredients (4 servings):

• 200 g smoked sausage (assorted), 100 g ham
• 1 l meat broth
• 3-4 gherkins
• 1 onion, 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 3–4 lemon slices, 6–8 olives
• salt, pepper, bay leaf, herbs
  Preparation:

1. Cut the sausage, ham and gherkins into strips.
2. Fry the onion, add tomato paste, pour in the broth.
3. Place sausage and cucumbers into boiling broth and cook for 10–12 minutes.
4. Add lemon, olives, season with bay leaf.
5. Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
