Chicken broth with homemade noodles
Description: Clear broth with tender chicken meat and thin homemade noodles is an ideal first course.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 chicken breast or legs
- 1 onion, 1 carrot
- 150 g flour, 1 egg, salt for noodles
- parsley greens
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken with onions and carrots until done, strain the broth.
- Knead a stiff dough from flour, egg and a pinch of salt, roll out and cut into thin noodles.
- Place the noodles in the boiling broth for 2-3 minutes until done.
- Serve with chicken pieces and fresh parsley.
