Sorrel soup
Description: Light soup with vegetable or chicken broth, sour sorrel and boiled egg.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 200 g fresh sorrel
- 1 l chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot, 1 onion
- 2 eggs, salt, pepper, herbs
Preparation:
- Throw potato cubes into the broth and bring to a boil.
- Fry the onion and carrot, add to the soup.
- Add chopped sorrel, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper, turn off the heat and let it brew.
- Cut the eggs, put them in a plate, pour in the soup and sprinkle with herbs.
