Solyanka assorted
Description: Spicy, sour and olive-flavored soup made with meat broth, lemon and smoked meats.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 200 g smoked sausage (assorted), 100 g ham
- 1 l meat broth
- 3-4 gherkins
- 1 onion, 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3–4 lemon slices, 6–8 olives
- salt, pepper, bay leaf, herbs
Preparation:
- Cut the sausage, ham and gherkins into strips.
- Fry the onion, add tomato paste, pour in the broth.
- Place sausage and cucumbers into boiling broth and cook for 10–12 minutes.
- Add lemon, olives, season with bay leaf.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
