Beef steak with mushroom sauce
Berger Beef Steak with Mushroom and Sour Cream Sauce Svalya
Why is it worth trying? A classic “in a new way” – a thick mushroom cream sauce on a light sour cream base turns the steak into a real gastronomic discovery.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 Berger marbled steaks
- 200 g champignons
- 100 g Svalya sour cream 22%
- 1 medium shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper, green parsley
Preparation:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side (or until desired doneness), let “rest”.
- In the same pan, melt the butter, fry the finely chopped shallots and garlic until translucent. Add the chopped champignons, fry for 5 minutes, then pour in the sour cream and heat until thickened.
- Place the steak on a plate, pour over the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
