Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 Berger marbled steaks
  • 200 g champignons
  • 100 g Svalya sour cream 22%
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt, pepper, green parsley

Preparation:

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side (or until desired doneness), let “rest”.
  2. In the same pan, melt the butter, fry the finely chopped shallots and garlic until translucent. Add the chopped champignons, fry for 5 minutes, then pour in the sour cream and heat until thickened.
