Berger Lamb Cutlets with Mint Yogurt Dip

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 400 g Berger lamb mince
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 clove garlic, a pinch of chili
  • 150 g Greek yogurt (Dairy section)
  • 1 bunch of mint, 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix the mince with cumin, pepper, garlic and chili. Form patties, fry in olive oil until golden brown for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. For the dip: Mix yogurt with finely chopped mint and lemon juice, season with salt.
  3. Serve the cutlets with mint sauce and lemon wedges.
