Lamb cutlets with mint-yogurt sauce
Berger Lamb Cutlets with Mint Yogurt Dip
Why you should try it: The combination of spices and mint brings back the taste of the future: the lightness and aroma of summer on your plate.
Ingredients (2-3 servings):
- 400 g Berger lamb mince
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 clove garlic, a pinch of chili
- 150 g Greek yogurt (Dairy section)
- 1 bunch of mint, 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
Preparation:
- Mix the mince with cumin, pepper, garlic and chili. Form patties, fry in olive oil until golden brown for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- For the dip: Mix yogurt with finely chopped mint and lemon juice, season with salt.
- Serve the cutlets with mint sauce and lemon wedges.
